All GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNWORN CONDITION. 

Exchange

If You wish to exchange size or model please contact us so in some cases we can arrange a pickup for the exchange. (depending on the local FEDEX pickups policy) 
After contacting Crave You send the wrong sized one to us and we send You the choosen one to Your shipping address. 

 

Warranty

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them.

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together AFTER CONTACTING US
And with attached note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. We will always issue a refund on faulty goods provided they are returned within the above stated times for returns.

Enclose a note with the faulty goods, ensuring that the following information is included:

Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or e-mail address (especially important if you do not know your order number), and information on what you require.

Made to measure items are non returnable as they are personalised at your request so please double check your measurements when ordering and are non returnable.

 

GOODS THAT ARE NOT WANTED NEED TO BE SENT TO US WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS AFTER CONTACING US. 

We will refund the cost of the goods having deducted the cost of shipping the goods. 

 

UK customers: If not Please send your return via a prepaid, traceable method, please send your return via a tracked method, please call us for more information.

Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

International customers: Send your return via a prepaid, traceable method, such as GLS, UPS, DHL marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs.

We will issue a refund as soon as practicable and inform you that we have done so and the amount refunded. If this amount does not appear correct please contact us in a durable form of by phone so we can make the appropriate enquiries.

 REFUNDS 

We will carry out refunds within 30 days maximum of the notification that a refund is required. Please inform us by email, fax or letter with your details to effect the refund. The simplest way is to enclose the request with the returned goods.

We will issue a refund as soon as practicable and inform you that we have done so and the amount refunded. If this amount does not appear correct please contact us in a durable form of by phone so we can make the appropriate enquiries.

 

The paypal refund will be used to make any refund.
